- Working America reserves the right not to publish a particular comment in any form.

Comments may be used by Working America for any purpose without the permission of the participant or any consideration apart from participation in accordance with these guidelines. Working America may, but is under no obligation to, verify the information set forth in a comment prior to publication. Working America may edit each comment and may republish it on the Working America website and in any other form.
Guidelines for Posting and Circulation - Although we ask for your name, email and ZIP code in order for your comment to be eligible for posting, this information will not be made public on the Working America website. Posted comments will display only the name alias and the state (if consistent with ensuring anonymity) you provide, along with the text of your comment, as edited by Working America.
