NH RTW Veto Override May Be “Pushed Off”

NH Speaker O’Brien may put off the vote to override the veto of Right to Work that was scheduled for tomorrow today. From NHPR:

Speaker O’Brien had fast-tracked the override vote on the so-called right to work bill, and announced weeks ago it would take place tomorrow. O’Brien now says the vote may be pushed off.

Translation: He doesn’t have the 2/3 majority required to override, so he’s going to need a little extra time for threatening and bribing.

There’s also a fear he could call for the vote after Democrats (who are united in opposition to the bill) leave for a big fundraiser tomorrow tonight.
