Robert Sutton

Robert Sutton is Professor of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford. He studies innovation, the links between knowledge and organizational action, and most recently, workplace assholes. His new book is the national bestseller The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn't.

Jane Fonda

Jane Fonda was born in New York City in 1937. She attended the Emma Willard School in Troy, New York, and Vassar College. Fonda later studied with renowned acting coach Lee Strasberg and became a member of the Actors Studio in New York. Her subsequent work earned numerous honors, including two Best Actress Academy Awards and an Emmy Award. Fonda was also a successful producer, whose credits include The China Syndrome, Nine to Five, On Golden Pond, and The Morning After.

Patrika Darbo

Soon after arriving in Los Angeles, Patrika Darbo supported herself as a credit manager while investing every spare minute canvassing the town for creditable acting gigs - that is, until her boss forced her to make a decision between the two. Since choosing to devote herself full-time to an acting career, she has never looked back.

Since that day Darbo has amassed numerous film and stage credits. For her current run as the ruthless Nancy Wesley in Days of Our Lives she was named Favorite Newcomer at the Soap Opera Awards.

Most recently, she was the personality behind the nationally-syndicated Jackie Guerra Show, a weekly progressive talk radio show that aired on Air America and the Jones Radio Networks.
