Vacation vs Work!

I had a vacation day planned for a soccer tournament for one of my daughters. The day prior, my boss decided to change her mind concerning my day off, saying that extra-curricular activities should only be planned on my weekends. I took the day off anyway against her demands. They day of my return after the weekend - she called me into her office to tell me my children's sports activities interferred too much with my work schedule and that it was time for them to quit. She wanted me to be available into the evenings when she needed me and the weekends. She said going to soccer related tournaments and games was a waste of time. It was then I knew it was time to quit -
