Really scary/insane boss

Got that loony fired, Florida

My ex-boss (ex because I finally filed a complaint against him and had him fired) was just insane. The first day he came into our office he said 'I don't care about the past, you start with a clean slate with me.' Then within a couple of days he started calling us into his office and interrogating us about gossip he had heard from other employees, e.g. he heard one of the employees was always late, he heard that I had 'let' my ex-husband make personal phone calls from my phone, etc. He informed us that he would not put up with this same type of behavior...so much for starting with a clean slate.

He decided I was the biggest trouble maker so he immediately started harassing me. Finally, I went to our boss and complained and he left me alone and moved on to another employee. One bizarre thing he would do is that he would come into the office and yell at me for not saying good morning...an hour later he would come into my office and say 'hi, how are you doing this morning?' as if nothing had happened. I'm fairly certain the second greeting was after he took his medication.

During the two years he was there he harassed 4 employees into leaving. One of them he left a message on his voice work mail telling him to 'never f***** go over my head again or you will regret it' even though the employee only went to a higher supervisor because ours was out of the office.

Finally, I found out that he had told everyone about my medical condition(which is illegal in my state) and to be careful when they were working with me. I filed a complaint against him and he was fired a few months later. During the investigation they discovered he had falsified his application and no one had verified any of his references.
I recently heard that he was working in the emergency room ...now that is scary.
